Breast pump question.. 🤔

So I ordered a breast pump through my insurance which got cut off a couple months ago because I switched over to my husbands. He has the same insurance I had (bcbs) just a different plan. Mainly out of curiosity, is it possible for me to order a different pump through his insurance and have 2? 🤔 I only ask because I was so torn between the spectra and medela

Your doctor needs to approve the prescription and might not if they already did

Can’t hurt to try….but if they send it to you before the approvals go through (like mine did) you might end up having to pay for it. I ordered mine on a Wednesday and it arrived Tuesday….then my insurance requested receipts on Thursday. The website said it wouldn’t even be processed until I was 60 days from my due date but I’m not due until October.

It’s possible but because they run it through and it still links to you they could end up denying it.I’ve seen people try it when I worked insurance.Ps medela is better less clunky and easier to take around. Suction is great and I can put the pump in my diaper bag with my baby stuff and it not feel like I’m carrying a watermelon
