Baby cough and cold getting worst

Hi mumma

I need a help regarding to my baby

My baby is 35 days old and she is getting cold when she was 12 days old i went to the emergency 4 times but they said she will be alright they monitor her for 2-3 hours but she seems fine to them But now her cough is worst and she has lot of mucus in her throat and nose But Dr don’t want to give her a medicine for this But she is so uncomfortable because of mucus and cough i put a saline drops in her nose but still i can hear the mucus noise when she coughs and when she breathe Now i am so worried what i can do now because Dr don’t do anything but i know something us bothering her she is uncomfortable she might need a medicine otherwise how can this mucus and cough goes away

Please suggest me something mummas I am so stressed out for my baby.😢
