My bladder vs. the dreaded test
So I know it’s best to test first pee in the AM but here’s my problem: I always have to pee really bad around 3:30-4:00 AM and then I go back to best until like 6:30. Is this a long enough window that I’m okay to wait and test at 6:30?
Or do I need to be testing the not-even-the-crack-ass-of-dawn pee in the middle of the flipping night?
I’m using the Proov LH & PdG kit and they say to test LH 2x a day, PdG AM after ovulation.
