Vitamin B6 for low progesterone ??

So I had a chemical back in May and also just experienced another chemical this week. Had a stronger positive home pregnancy test this month than I did back in May but for some reason my doctors won’t get me in early enough and I end up losing my pregnancy. I believe I have low progesterone.. I was on the nexplanon for 3 years and had it taken out a year ago in June. Since no one is taking me seriously like my OB about it does anyone have any success stories with B6 helping raise progesterone or have any other tips or advice?? Any would be appreciated. I just ordered my Proov tests strips to see if the progesterone is my real problem but I believe with all the symptoms I read online that is exactly my issue. Thanks in advance 😞
