You can definitely do both, but it will be a bit of a challenge. I wouldn’t necessarily wait until after you graduate, but I would wait until you and your fiancé get married and you’ve tackled a semester or two of school so you can see what to expect with school.

You should start testing from 3rd August.. but if you cant wait till 3rd August.. then start from 1st..
