Honestly don’t concern yourself with schedules. The first thing to decide is how much you like him. My bf delivered for Amazon 40+ hours a week when we met. He starts a 9-5 today. He had weird hours delivering but I wasn’t bothered because our connection is very strong. I guess this all depends on how serious you’re looking to date

Me and my partner have both worked nights. (He's worked nights and I working days and vice versa.) It's not the easiest. Going to sleep alone is sometimes hard and depending how many shifts a week he works "night shift sleep routine" can be really hard to get out of. (I'm currently getting out if mine and it sucks ass)😂 I'd say see how it goes with him but it will deffinately be challenging. You need to be able to communicate well

my husband works night shifts and let me tell you it's not easy. its definitely hard to sleep alone and not have him home in the evenings.

When I met my partner I was working 7am to 11pm 6 days a week usually with a 2 hour break (during his work day) that I used to shower, eat and pick up a coworker for her to start work when I got back from my break.. we made it work.

No. My ex worked nights and he had a horrible sleep routine thanks to it. He wouldn’t be up until  2pm-3pm at the earliest so days out didn’t happen even on his weeks off
