I’m on meds but am still nauseous constantly. My ob/gyn recommended trying Sea Bands (wristbands for sea sickness) and they seem to help a bit. Worth a try!

I live off ginger and lemon tea, it's the only thing that has helped!!

Make sure your stomach is never empty. I know it is so hard at times but it will help so much. Even if it’s just a few crackers every 30 min and a few sips of waters

I tried everything & nothing really helped. I was even medicated at the highest dose of diclectin & still threw up like 7 times a day. It made the nausea in between stop so I was able to function at least. Talk to your dr & they can prescribe something for you. My OB told me eat whatever it was I was wanting even if it wasn’t the “healthiest” because something was better than nothing & baby will take what they need. Sip water, & small frequent snacks, I found drinking too fast or being hungry/too full made things worse 
Also consider switching prenatals. I was taking Preg Vit & it aggravated my sickness so much more. I switched to Materna & tolerated it so much better.

I’ve tried about everything none of it works for me except sleep. Sometimes I even gag in my sleep 😅
