Positive for Covid while pregnant

Found out a week ago my husband wasn’t just sick with the bug going around he was tested for Covid after being really sick for 3 days and it came back positive,I then got tested that same day I was negative…but started to feel lil sick and had really bad migraines for three days and nothing helped .long story short went back to get tested and I am also positive

Is there anyone that was is covid positive while pregnant and have any advice on what to helped them feel better ,like safe medicine to decongest everything and migraines that won’t go away with over the counter pain relievers
