So yesterday I spent a few hours deep cleaning my room. (Still have a ways to go, but I’m getting there.) well at one point I was sitting on the edge of the bed, leaned over to pick something up and had this sharp random pain in my lower back (which is nothing new for me really) but then my legs went numb for a few seconds. 👀 hasn’t happened since… nor has it happened before either. I’m so confused as to what it could be! I tried googling it and it all says muscular illness or nerve damage. I do have issues with sciatica, but that’s always affecting my right leg. Never my left. I do plan on speaking with my doctor about it, especially if it happens again. What do y’all think??
