Guys what was I thinking?!?!?!?!!!

I have spent 5 years being 100+ lbs over weight

I’m on week 3 of eating clean and walking every day and I am seriously so mad at myself for not doing it sooner!!!!!

I’m not kidding when I say that STARTING was the hardest thing in the world.

But now that I’m on a good mind set and only choose healthy options for my meals regardless if I’m cooking or going out, it has been soooooo easy to just make the right decision!!!!!!

I never had the desire to do this before because I always heard how hard it was…. And yes, it of course is hard. Not caving to your cravings is really, really hard….. but now that I’m in week 3 I barely want anything I used to eat

I’ve lost 10 lbs and this week I’m starting weight lifting

If you are debating making healthier life changes because you were told it is hard…. It is.. BUTTTT DO IT ANYWAY!!!! Once you hit week 3 it will be so much easier…. Honestly even by day 5-7 I was having an easier time making good decisions

I think what has helped the most is that I’m walking 30-60 minutes a day and that puts me in a mind set of wanting to eat healthy afterwards so I’m not “wasting” my walk lmao…. I don’t know if that makes sense but it does to me 🤣

10lbs down, 60 to go!!!! 💪💪💪
