Bonus son taking a shower with 30 year old woman?

My husband and I have been married for 2 years and my bonus son is 5. His ex wife and my brother in law’s ex girlfriend/ baby momma are best friends. We just have accept it is what it is… so my bonus son went on vacation with his mom and the best friend. While their on vacation the best friend took a shower with the child (he’s 5). I’m not sure why I have an issue with this. My husband isn’t sure what to think either. 
Should I drop it or say something? What would you do?
EDIT: We don’t have a problem with the woman. She’s the mother of our nieces. We are talking about a shower not a quick rinse off.

That’s inappropriate. You shouldn’t be showering naked with anybody else’s child other then your own.

I’d say something. It’s really weird. And I’d say something just to make sure nothing else happens. Like if it was the mom I’d still be like weird but it’s her child. But it was her friend. Uncalled for.

I probably have the unpopular opinion but... Are we talking shower shower or like a quick rinse off in swimsuits after visiting a pool, beach, lake, other normal vacation activity? I mean I think it’s a little odd to shower with a person other than a parent and it should probably be addressed prior but if you let your child go on vacation with these people you obviously trust them to participate in your child’s care which at 5 years old one would assume that involves bathing. I kinda get the vibe that this is being sexualized and that’s a little cringe. It sounds like you have a problem with this woman and regardless of what she did there was going to be some sort of issue.

I would never shower naked with my godson who is 4!!!!!!! Regardless if I'm on vacation with my best friend. That's WRONG. Believe it or not.... children also have attractions to people! And children DO get sexually aroused on their own, even if they are not being sexually abused it is normal!

If it's a shower shower as in naked, I'd being raising hell! That is definitely not ok at that age, and it's definitely not her place to do that. You do realize most sexual assault cases come from people the kid thought they could trust right? Your husband needs to speaknup and make it known nothing like that better happen again. I'd honestly keep a closer eye on that situation and get prepared to go court for a custody arrangement if it came down to it.
