32w and we still haven’t announced to anyone. Only myself, my partner, our kids, and my BFF knows. I was going to announce at our family reunion a few weeks ago but then they switched it to a place 4 hours away (so it would be closer to my sister and her kids to make travel easier) and I’m on travel restriction so I couldn’t go. We do zoom constantly but I was wanting to say something in person and now don’t know how to.

Baby will be here in 4 weeks. Would you just announce a surprise baby at this point ? I feel like people are going to be both shocked and offended whether we announce now or then 😂
