SSI for son

My son just started receiving SSI and I am his payee, this might be a silly question but will social security check my bank account to see where the money is going? For example I need to purchase a bed for him with the money and I found one on Amazon, are they going to see the amount I spent on Amazon and ask me what I bought? Will they question all of my transactions?
