Missed miscarriage
I need opinions.
I'm supposed to be 9 weeks but had a vaginal ultrasound and dated 6 weeks but no fetal heartbeat. Saw the sac.
Doctor says it might be a missed miscarriage and this would be #2 for me if it is.
If he is unable to detect a heartbeat right now does anyone know if it is still possible the baby will have a heartbeat later and baby will be ok?
I'm so scared and confused I losing my mind 🥺
