Any mommas out there on a 3hr feeding schedule ?

My almost 2 week old has been very good at following this schedule. What do you do to keep yourself awake and relaxed until your LO falls back asleep?
I sometimes watch friends or the office 😄

I’m on the three hour schedule since I’m pumping until
I see the lactation consultant tmmrw. I actually have to wake my baby for the 12,3 feeding and the 6 he usually wakes himself. I’ve watched all the twilight series in two days. Lol

I'm on that schedule too I honestly don't know what else to do other than scroll on my phone cause I'm too scared my TV will wake him when he does sleep. But around 330 am he goes through a horrible bout of screaming and crying for about an hour or two where nothing works so I have to wait it out and then he sleeps for an hour to just wake back up wanting to be fed.  Needless to say I don't sleep more than and hour or two a day 🙃
