Seriously worried!!

Don't know what to do and hope everything is fine, basically last night me and my partner was at neighbours house celebrating his wife's birthday, was getting really dizzy. Could see black even whilst being sat down. 1 minute I remember being hunched over the counter trying to not be dizzy and the next I was on the concrete floor still seeing black and some starry things, whilst Mat and Adrian was both shouting my name. After apologizing I asked if Mat (my partner) could take me home and come back over for the dog as I needed his support. But before we even got out of the door I dropped again and it's really painful because Adrian has concrete flooring for his kitchen and hallway. Mat explained that the 1st time I hit my head on an oven and then the floor. The 2nd time if he wasn't behind me then would of hit my head on the radiator. Been in constant pain all night and not just my head, it's also my back and my stomach but there isn't any blood. So I'm wondering what to do because I just want the baby to be alright and still alive. Really freaking out.
