I lost my son at 18 weeks and had to birth him. I had a clot that was the size of an orange. I was so scared to look because I thought it was my son and the nurse confirmed the clot. Just breathe....im truly sorry for all that have gone through this.

Totally normal for a miscarriage

When I miscarried, most of my clots were at least that size, many were quite a lot larger, and after the 2 of the 3 rounds of Misoprostol there was a pretty steady stream of clots and blood falling out for about 3-4 hours. I'm a week past bleeding now, just got the all clear from doctor, so it appears to have been a pretty normal miscarriage.

The big cause for concern would be if your bleeding suddenly increases after passing a large clot (and these don’t look particularly large). That would likely indicate a problem, sudden rush of heavy bleeding following a large clot breaking loose. Beyond that, it’s really normal.

Totally normal up to the size of a lemon 🍋. 😳 But yes totally normal. I had huge ones when I had my MC.
