12 month sleep regression- how long??

My baby boy turns 1 tomorrow 😮😊
For over a week now he has been fighting second nap, bedtime and having more night wakes. We definitely seem to be in the 12 month sleep regression. 
Just wondering, for those who have been through it, how long did it last?? Any tips? Thanks in advance 😴

I think my July 10th baby is just coming out of it. (Shhhhh don’t let her hear me say that!) It lasted a couple weeks. I got through it the same way I have all the others: lots of coffee, being as consistent as I can with routine, and doing whatever we had to do to get sleep. Lol. When she woke at bight, I’d hug her, never taking her out of her crib, lay her back down with her passy, pat her little butt and tell her it was bedtime. If that didn’t work after a couple times, I’d put her in bed with me. Towards the end that wouldn’t even work. That’s where the coffee came in. Lol! Good luck! It’ll be over with soon! He’s working on lots of new skills, mama! Who wants to sleep when there’s so much to do?! 😝

Sounds just like my little guy!! It’s so reminiscent of the early days, I feel like I’m losing my mind!!! Hopefully it’s over soon 🤞🏼
