Feeling overwhelmed

I had the Mirena removed at the end of June and I didn’t track ovulation this cycle because I honestly didn’t have any bleeding/period with the removal so I didn’t think I would ovulate. I’ve been feeling different lately so I took a test and OMG I think there’s a faint line. I had the Mirena removed because I was having complications. We weren’t trying but we weren’t preventing. Is this possible? It took us almost 2 years to conceive our last. I’m 35 and the old mentality of being too old to have a kid is messing with my emotions. We have 3 other children 😱
