I personally would be hurt and it would make me feel insecure ( I had pretty much the same thing happen to me with my last relationship ) 
It caused me a lot of insecurity and jealousy problems and he didn’t want to change or stop so our relationship ended because I didn’t want a boyfriend /husband like that

Nah, his sexual interests don't negate what he has with you or likes about you- and we also don't necessarily control what we find hot- and we don't always even want fantasies to happen in real life. 
He can completely love your body and be turned on by people who look different from you. 
For instance, my partner is thin amd completely gorgeous, but I also find fat sexually attractive- and I find all genders attractive. 
The reason you feel upset may be that you are concerned this threatens your relationship, or threatens your ego due to insecurity- but in reality this is most likely not a threat to you at all and not really about you.
