Faint line

Has anyone else had a very faint positive followed by a negative test? I am late by 3 days which isn’t really normal for me . I’ve had severe nausea , bloating, and a bout of acne over the last 2 weeks or so. I also noticed I have the nose of a blood hound over the last week .

I took a test this morning with fmu and it was negative . I have some light brown spotting but it’s not at all AF . Just enough to be an annoyance . I have a doctors appointment next week . I’m perplexed because of the spotting.
