Period after miscarriage

Did it take anyone else a long time after their miscarriage to get their period again? I had a natural miscarriage at 9 weeks on May 16th and still haven’t gotten my period yet:/ I’ve also been spotting for 3 weeks. I’m going to the doctors next week for this. It’s been driving me crazy though especially since I want to try again so badly:(
