Millennials and Gen X having children

Hello everyone!

I’m really wanting to have a conversation about having children in our current time. I’m almost 26 and I couldn’t imagine having a child in my current situation or even at all. And apparently a lot of women my age or younger are feeling the same way. A lot of what I’m hearing is the ethics of having children right now with the current fears of over population, climate change, etc. Other reasons for not having children that I have heard is personal freedom, financial reasons, health care, child care, having a support system.

How do you feel about having your own children? How do you feel about people not wanting to have any children?
