I’ve had two previous miscarriages (one in 2017 and one in 2019), so I got on the nexplanon implant and earlier in 2021, I got a positive pregnancy test and then went through severe bleeding a few days later so my dr assumed it was another miscarriage. I’m still on the implant and am worried I’m pregnant now, despite there being a low chance of pregnancy with this birth control.

My period is late by a few days and the last time I had sex was on the 23rd. My fiancé just asked me about my period and that was when I realized it was late. I haven’t expressed my concerns to him yet but I need to know if anyone else has ever just noticed their body didn’t feel normal. My fiancé said he thinks my period is gonna start in the next few days because of how irritated I’ve been and how nauseous I’ve been.

Am I going crazy or is there seriously a chance I’m pregnant? Need any advice/help please!!
