Anyone sleep train their 12 month old?

I know it’s harder when they get older but what method worked for you? My LO wakes up constantly overnight and only way she will go back to sleep is being rocked. She also can’t put herself to sleep

My son will be 11 months on the first, and we are struggling with this too. I know I’m not much help, but I wanted to let you know you’re not alone. If you find anything that works, please share!

I did it at 6 months old.  Then had to do it again at 16 months old. It was tougher for sure the second girl around because he was older, but freedom was AMAZING again after that
