Advice about TTC & Abnormal bleeding

This is my first time posting on any sort of platform like this but I thought who better to reach out to then those who know what I’m going through and could have experienced what I’m experiencing & could give me some advice!!

I know we aren’t all doctors lol!! But I need advice or help! Last year I found out I was 8 weeks pregnant & I miscarried on my 24th Birthday in March! My partner and I have since then been TTC it’s been over a year and still nothing! And it literally hurts. My little sister in-law who is 18 is pregnant all cos she was careless but it’s been so hard for me to be around her I’m just so envious I want to cry!!

Anyways, I recently took a test about 3 weeks ago and a very faint line came up. I waited to test again and so I did another test and a faint like came up I was so excited!! And last week Monday I started bleeding heavily which was not normal cos my periods don’t normally start like that and the bleeding ended on Friday, so I thought ok test could’ve been wrong and It could’ve been my normal cycle of my period & now today I’m bleeding!! it’s like the start of a new period and I have such a sore lower back. Has anyone experienced bleeding like this? And what could it mean? I’m so concerned about my health and fertility!! I’m booked to see a fertility doctor but I am so scared about what they’re going to say!!

Like is this even normal? Have others who have miscarried experienced the same thing?
