3 week old has cold?

So my baby is 3wks old and has a veryyy congested nose. I tried everything: saline, nose sucker, humidifier, hot steam shower. She couldn’t even sleep cause her nose was so blocked she would choke. She also started coughing and sneezing.

She just seem so uncomfortable it breaks my heart.

Even eating she seems to struggle to breathe through.

Should I take her in to be seen?
