Since last night been getting really bad sharp pains in back and lower belly. Had to go hospital as I’m getting monitored for baby’s movements as it was reduced, told them about it they said its my body getting ready for birth. But since coming out of hospital they are more painful I can’t lie down as they hurt even more. Try to sleep and the pain is waking me up. Had my sweep Monday that day I had bleeding and looked like I lost my plug. What shall I do
