Mucus Plug? 37+4

Posted yesterday and pretty sure I was just spotting because of the a pelvic exam… however, came home from work today and when I wiped I am getting what’s in the pictures below. Is this my mucus plug? FTM. Started getting random dull and achy pains in my back but it isn’t consistent and I can walk and talk through them.

Looks like the start of bloody show due to the red tinge color in it... mucus plus is usually just clear/yellow but definitely that thick
