Pumping?

Do I still pump on my days off?? I pump every two hours at work M-F and I have the weekend off, does that mean I still pump?

Depends on if you need a bigger stash. Generally, you’re just pumping to replace a feeding, so if your also is nursing every feeding, no need. If they get a bottle, you need to pump to replace that bottle and tell yourself body how much milk you need.

Depending on what you want. I pump to mimic my nursing schedule. So I don't pump on days off I nurse instead.
