Can Plan B mess up period cycle?

Took a plan B pill on June 11 , few hours after sex. I was suppose to get my period a week ago, June 22. But I’m late. My periods are very regular, at times a day or 2 off. Do you think the Plan B Pill is making my period come late ? Or I might be pregnant?

Yes. It  tells you in the pamphlet that comes with it that it will cause irregularities in your cycles.

Yes it can delay your period but also less effective if you were ovulating

Plan B delays ovulation. And because Plan B is the equivalent of taking 6 birth control pills (please don’t ever take 6 BC pills all at once), it can cause your period is be delayed. I was late for 10 days after taking Plan B and I’m pretty regular
