Hi ladies

Just had a question I am now 7 days late last test taken yesterday morning bfn. I thought my period was coming because I cramped from 5 days before my period up until about 3 days late but never started . I literally thought I was coming on . I have not had any bleeding or spotting and typically do not spot on a normal cycle .. is it possible that I ovulated late ? I don’t track , and we had sex pretty much everyday this month and the end of last month .. has this ever happened to anyone and was pregnant ? Just looking for advice . Thanks
