How much water should a person drink each day???

I have a 2L water bottle and it's gone by like 4pm, and I'm still thirsty I dont feel like this is normal?? Anyone else??? How much water do you drink a day?

Take your body weight and divide it by two. That’s how many ounces you should be drinking a day.

At the very least...half of your body weight in ounces. But you should really strive for more than that.

My current water goal is 1.5L every day at minimum. I know thats still not enough for a healthy person, but I've always struggled with staying hydrated. There are days where I'm just all over the place and completely forget to drink anything. I'm taking it slow, and once I have the 1.5L a day down for a week or so I'll move my goal up to 2L.

I drink around 128 oz a day. It's so hot so maybe even more these days. 🥵
