Is Zyrtec safe to take when pregnant?

I just found out I’m pregnant today and I’m super early on.. like the earliest you can find out at 3 weeks and a few days. I take Zyrtec on and off for my allergies and I’m wondering if it’s safe to take? Google says it is, but I’m still worried.. so just wondering if anyone here has taken it when pregnant.

Yes it’s safe.  Category B.  My OB actually wants me to stay on it during pregnancy because allergies can wreak havoc on your body while pregnant.  The ovia app has a great medication list you can check out any time you have questions.  Congratulations xx
