Braxton Hicks ???

These are making me nauseous and I’ve been laying down and tryna get comfortable but I can’t. What should I do ?

Move positions stand up walk around. If they’re braxton hicks they should stop... if not go get checked at L&D 
How far along are you?

Call labor and delivery. Mine were that close after my water broke at 6:20 am, had baby at 11:59 am. Went into active labor in triage was fully dilated and had baby within 20 mins of pushing

Thank you guys for your tips I was worried lol I’m only 29 weeks but I’m sure they were Braxton Hicks I was able to go to sleep from the exhaustion and they subsided. I feel like crap this morning but I’m all good thank you so much 💛💛💛💛

Do a few cat cow and child’s pose. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated. They’re worse when you’re not hydrated. Try and rest. Your body is gearing up to do some serious work!! 
Stay home as long as you can and rest.  No need to rush in unless you’re earlier than 38 weeks.
