Hey ladies! I just wanted to talk about my favorite menstruation product- the diva cup. I've been using it for a few months now and here's why I love it:

1) it's eco friendly because it made of silicone and is washable and reusable

2) no more money spent on tampons or pads

3) so much cleaner and less messy than tampons or pads

Downside:

1) sometimes I can feel it

2) at the top of the cup there are tiny little holes and blood can get stuck in there- I have to clean it out using a sterilized extraction tool

3) it's difficult to change in a public restroom because you need to be able to access the sink. If my flow is heavy I sometimes will hop in the shower to rinse it out and reinsert it.

Just wanted to share about the diva cup! I don't work for them but I just love it and wish someone had told me about it sooner!
