Complaining her head hurts

Is it normal for a 2 year old to complain multiple times a day that her head and eyes hurt? I haven’t called the pediatrician about it yet. She just got over the stomach flu so I’m thinking that could be why but she cries a lot and says her head and eyes hurt.
