Answer

I knew my period was coming from either cramping before I bled or bleeding and then dying. Was never really the kind of person to indulge on junk food when it was time for Aunt Flo. If anything I did the opposite and would either starve myself or just all around not be hungry as not eating anything helped with my cramps for whatever reason

Is it just me?
