Anyone know why only 1 room gets colder then the others? My room gets freezing but it’s so warm in the other rooms/ whole house.

The room closest to the central air unit is usually the coldest. Plus it depends on what rooms get the most sun during the day.

Insulation and how the structure was built. Could have been an extra room they added on. Also how the heat circulates (check vents could need a cleaning or make sure vent is open). Even if it's in a cooler part on the property. 
Insulate your windows and doors better (get the little foam pads you can put down that also people use for reducing sound or dust, they're cheap). heated blankets are nice too. Thick rugs help too if you're floor isn't carpeted. Keep your door open to allow warmer air to flow to your room when heat is on too.
