Belly fat 😑

So, I’ve had four kids. After all those pregnancies, deliveries, and c sections, my stomach just looks like an old bean bag. I’ve lost about 45 pounds this year, and while the rest of me looks thin, my stomach is still very much a problem area. I still have an apron belly that drastically affects the size of clothes, underwear, and bathing suits I wear. I have to get bigger in the waist, and so it doesn’t fit anywhere else. Not to mention it’s affecting my confidence. I’ve started a work out routine to try and tone the area, but does anyone else have any tips on foods to avoid, or consume, or anything else, to help with belly fat specifically?
