Bleeding after bowel movements
I’m 8 weeks and for the last 2 times I go for a poo I started bleeding vaginally. It’s red and sometimes has small clots then goes away. I have had a viability scan and seen baby with a heartbeat. I don’t understand why this is happening. The doctors couldn’t find a reason for the bleeding and said it’s probably implantation but it only happens after I do a number 2.
