I just realized after two days of drinking this tea that pretty much all of its ingredients are considered unsafe in pregnancy. Is anyone familiar with herbal teas and medicine and can maybe calm me down a bit…😥 I don’t see my doctor until next Thursday and am 35 weeks pregnant. Here are the ingredients. Lemongrass, goldenrod and chicory root are apparently a big no no during pregnancy. Ugh!
