Hello! I’m 30 weeks pregnant and I am dealing with a weird nausea , if I get hungry and don’t get food or a snack in me on time I will get nauseous and sometimes throw up, is this normal to throw up from hunger

I kept feeling sick and nauseous the entire time I was pregnant. Until I delivered. But yes, not having food on your stomach can def make morning sickness (really can be all day sickness) a lot worse.

If you don’t eat for too long while your pregnant it can cause you to feel sick

Yes, totally normal! I would also get nauseous and light headed if I hadn’t eaten in 3-4 hours, especially in the early morning or late afternoon. I felt that way right up until I gave birth. I just made sure to eat light snacks when I could- crackers, cheese, yogurt, etc. It really helped me. Good luck-  I’m sorry you’re going through this, but you’re almost there!
