my baby boy will 4 months old on august 5th. he’s a big boy. he weighed 8 pounds 11 ounces at birth. at the beginning of june (2 month check up) he was 14 pounds 14 ounces. and at the end of june (ear infection) he was 16 pounds 3 ounces. i didn’t have gestational diabetes while i was pregnant. the pediatrician recommended not feeding him as much because he eats 6 ounces every 4-5 hours. and they recommend going down to 4 ounces but he’s still acting hungry when i only give him 4. and i feel like i’m starving him. when he was 2 months old, they said he was as big as a 4 month old. he’s in 12-18 month clothes, and size 4 diapers! and when i go to his 4 month check up, and they weigh him, he’ll probably be over 20 pounds. is anyone else’s baby like this? or is my baby too big?
