Ovulation twice in one month??

Ok, so I’m still new to this! I got off my BC June 20th had my period July 24th-26th! Now this app is telling me today is my High OVU day?!? I’m so confused, can you have OVULATION twice in one month? I have been taking pictures of my OVU Strips! Yesterday it told me OVU day where August 3rd to the 8th!!! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Your menstrual cycle does not care about the calendar months. If you ovulate early in the month and then late in the month, it can happen twice.

They're two different cycles. The calendar month has nothing to do with anything here.

The app is just a guess, it’s a prediction. You need to use opks and temp to track and confirm ovulation. You only ovulate once per cycle, not twice.
