You can find a lot of great lists/visuals on Pinterest as well! I specifically looked for the “basics” as I didn’t want to be overloaded on useless junk.

stroller, car seat, pack n play, nipple creams, bassinets, tummy time toys, baby swings etc :) 
anything you want for the baby just put it on there lol

Hey I just did my first registry ( this is my 2nd baby ) 
I really put carriers on there diapers and wipes (sz 1&2) 
Sleepers , hats and mittens , burping clothes , receiving blankets , bows ( having a baby girl ) , bottles ,bottle warmers, baby food maker , breast milk pads , breast milk storage bags really just essentials if you have Amazon for your registry they have a checklist
