I think something might be happening… last night I felt like I really needed a poo. Then in the night I had that feeling again plus period pains. Now I’m having period pains again and my stomach is getting hard and then easing off. Ive change position and it’s still happening. But I’ve not had a bloody show? Does that happen before contractions?

I don’t think everyone gets a show, most of my friends never got that must have just lost it during the Labour and never noticed

You can have contractions without losing your mucus plug or even your water breaking. Time the intervals between contractions, if it’s within 2-3 minutes go to the hospital.
