Glow up needed!
Hey there! I need some tips and advice on a much needed glow up! I have always been the "big girl" in school and I still am considerd one. I'm not HUGE but I'm definitely a little chubby. I know bloating is normal but for the last month maybe more it seems I haven't been able to stop bloating! I don't know what to do for that because it seems everything I've tried doesn't work. As covid hit I wasn't allowed to go anywhere and because of it I also had to wait on getting my license (which hopefully ill be getting in November!!!). Not having my license yet, prevents me from going to the gym and going to the store to get the more healthier essentials that I need. Neither of my parents cook and want take out all the time :/. School is starting in 3 weeks and I'm going school shopping for clothes in about a week, I want to try and look better but most importantly feel better. I was working out everyday but I had got depressed and as I started back up on my feet my grandmother got sick. I was over at her place from usually 7 in the morning to 11 at night for three 3 weeks straight and I didn't excerisize at all. I just started excerisizing again about 3 days ago but it hasn't been easy with working and as soon as getting home I'm having to drop everything I need to do to go do something for someone else. Any advice, tips, tricks, etc. Will be greatly appreciated!
