Ill be 22 weeks tomorrow. since Wednesday night ive been having a lot of lower back pain an cramping an feeling like my water is going to break it only happens at night like 1 in the morning then throughout the day its like aftermath im sore ill have light cramps but if i walk so far my cramps start picking up im exhausted an hurting every day i went to the er friday they said baby looks good which all they did was listen to his heartbeat an monitor contractions they checked me an said i wasnt dialating but to me something is wrong like I shouldnt be in this much pain at night i called a diffrent hospital an they told me i need to go in while its happening so if it happens again tonight im going in but im just curious on what yall think might be going on
