This is Driving me crazy lol

Hi I’m currently experiencing cramps that feel like I’m about to start a period any min now lol However my period don’t start for another 7days and I’m currently 7Dpo. I’ve been feeling slightly nauseous throughout the day and I also have been experiencing white milky discharge. I just tested and it came out Negative. At this point I don’t know what to do 🤦🏽‍♀️
